Q.
#asktheexperts hii.. my baby girl is 2.5 yrs old now.. she is still facing constipation smtimes.. n doesn't poop for 1-2 days... is it normal.. or should i be concerned. also m trying to potty train her... on a proper step potty seat...but failed attempts till now.. if any ways to encourage n help child poop on the seat. thank you..

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. The problem of constipation will decrease with proper diet modification that is plenty of water and fibre diet and try to give more papaya oats and fennel seeds water to the child.d
You may have to give a course of constipation medicine to the child to stabilize the child from the pain.
Constipation usually decreases with increasing age of the child and medicines give only symptomatic relief. d
