ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. dear parent, give soft foods like roti soaked in dal or veg, veg dal rice, khichdi, daliya, pulao, idli, dosa. fruits curd, paneer, cheese eggs and non veg foods. nuts like almonds.
