#asktheexperts Hi sir, my son is 1 year 20 days but still no teeth, and my doc suggested for calcium ( morning and night) and multivitamin ( night). Is that normal? TIA

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 days agoA. hi kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 3-6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. keep checking for the signs of teething and wait for some time
