#asktheexperts hi on the upcoming 21st of December my baby boy will turn 6 months old can i start him solid foods or introduce liquid

A. Hello mama yes, once ur baby completes six months then u can start with semi solids like Cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree etc as the first food. take care
