#asktheexperts Hi,My self Musifana and i am the mom of two daughters one is 5 yrs old and other one is 1 year old...my problem is my both kids is very active but they are very low in waight...i tried to give healthy foods,homemade juice,dry fruits everyday...but still they won't getting waight... please suggest me how should I make them to gain waight and make them strong and healthy... please please please give me best advice...

A. Hello mom first of all it’s very important that kids need to be active for their age and eating healthy diet and that you are making sure they are so hence a little variation is acceptable interms of weight gain as other health indicators are more important . So not to worry , you may either gradually try to increase the quantity of the food
