#asktheexperts hi my daughter is 5 year and 9 month old.nd her new below front teeth are coming without first milk tooth gone.what should I do?

A. some times this happens. you can wait to see if the milk teeth shed on there own. if not then visit a dentist and the dentist will remove the milk teeth

A. Consultant paediatric dentist maybe they have to extract the teeth and which is well they will be proper space for new tweet to come otherwise it is going to come into a tilted format and that’s going to be a problem so please get extracted with your dentist
