#asktheexperts hi my 3 year old weighs 11 kg. hUs activities are good but i am worried about him being under weight. pls help, is this normal

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist2 months agoA. hi mom weight is a range check activity level as well . give good proteins and calories make fresh fruit milkshakes with bananas, chickoo , mangoes in season time add nuts powder in milk
