A. Hello dear parent! Give your child 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks a day that includes green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Avoid outside foods. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Use cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates.
