Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so cohnsult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop tfwice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

Nihita mittalMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. good afternoon I would not recommend you to do the cleaning at home it is advised that you should try to visit the doctor and then get the ears cleaned otherwise it can cause damage to the child
