Mam for your kids and for yourself when you travel to such high altitude you should always carry medicines for vomiting stomach pain fever cold and cough these are basic medicines that you should always carry and medicines for loose motion because you never know what is going to react to the child so these are basic things that you should carry for yourself and for your kids as well
