#asktheexperts hi I'm mommy of 11 months old first baby girl. PPL often says not to give banan for her till she starts speaking ..is it really proven that the tongue gets rough? I want to introduce her fish...can I go for it

fish may be given
but avoid mercury rich fishes
cook.well before giving it
give a balanced and healthy diet containing all food groups milk milk products cereals fruits
