#asktheexperts hi. ...I have normal delivery and now it's been 40 days...I started yoga and now I found some spots not a proper blood flow... please suggest it's normal because I started yoga?? And also it's normal to have breast pain after breastfeeding??

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello bleeding post delivery can last for about 6bweek on most cases and so could be the spotting also and any concern then it si better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
