#asktheexperts Hi I am a mother of 6 month 9days toddler. I didn't get my period from past 1month 15days. I have take pregnancy test also it's a negative. what should I do now?? please suggest me

A. Periods may get missed even due to some homework changes or stress. If you are confirmed that you are not pregnant, then you can just wait for your periods to come itself

A. If the blood percentage is less also gets irregular periods so don't worry take hygienic food
