Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, ypu should give her supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Also give rich diet like ghee butter cheese etc but in limit. Must balance her diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water. Good luck and take care
