Consume good amounts of protein rich foods like Dal's, egg, chicken, fish, Paneer, milk
Include fruits & green leafy vegetables
Also include good quality fats like almonds, walnuts, avocado, chia seeds. 
all these foods when taken regularly, help to reduce hair fall
