Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose.
Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor

Then give Crocin Drops for the child that is a much stronger medicine you can give it according to the current weight of the child it would be mention on the bottle itself as to what would be the current dosage of the medicine according to the weight and also do cold sponging if the fever is not reducing
