#asktheexperts hi doctor my baby is 5 month old and i have to go for my job as iam breastfeeding till now.. what is the alternate feed I can give to my baby from now..

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that if you are going to work I would suggest that breast milk is still your best option just make sure that you pump and leave the breast milk it can stay for 4 hours at room temperature and up to four days in the refrigerator so all you need to do is store it in your refrigerator
