#asktheexperts hi doctor My baby is 26 days old, his dipper races have become too much, none of the creame are working.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Diaper rash prevention is very important where certain things should be kept in mind specially in winter season.
Changing your baby's diaper immediately after it gets soiled is the key to prevention of diaper rash
Air dry when possible
• A good company diaper like pampers/ babyhug/ mamy poko should be used and diaper sefree interval in between is very important.
Use irritant free products
Use a good diaper rash cream before and after using diaper like easinappy cream .
Also apply coconut oil to make the skin moist.
