ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 22 month Try to converse with your baby often reduce screen time encourage peer play if the problem perissts beyond 3 years of age kindly consult developmental pediatrician for proper examination and medication speech therapy may be required o k ay

Yea You can very well wait up till the age of three years if you still see that your child is not picking up well or your child is not speaking properly by then also then you can get a check with the speech therapist ones but as of now you can very well wait for some more time
