#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, My 3 years old son accidently used cotton swabs in ear. First it was hurting a lot as he cried non stop 5-6 mins. For for i gave him croxin for kids now he is sleeping but it's seems there is a little bit of swelling on his face. please advice what can be done further

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drodrps.
other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
