to reduce your weight ,you can start any work out only after 6 months of delivery.
but till that ,to reduce your weight and to stop hair fall ,you must take healthy diet which includes green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts etc more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
Apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
instead of harsh shampoo ,you can use aloe vera gel or mixture of onion juice before washing your hair.
