Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 2 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello! Keep yourself well hydrated all day. Even dehydration can cause constipation. Take fibre rich foods. Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek guidance in this matter. Avoid self medication.
