#asktheexperts Hi, doc, my 11 months old is having severe constipation, what to do? Should I stop feeding banana completely? she is on solid as well as cowmilk. 50 percentage dilution n daily i have to give her Cremaffin,pls suggest.

A. give if advised, by ur doctor 1If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
