AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Constipation is common in breast feed babies. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day then no need to worry.
