Avoid junk food and sugary food if you do that genuinely and very honestly if you can avoid it into the diet of your child will be a very good word to your child because most of the times the growth and immunity of the kids are getting affected due to too much of sugar food biscuits and junk food so avoid that and start giving five almonds and five walnuts to your child every day as they are very healthy for brain
