#asktheexperts hello sir/mam meri baby ko aaj evening 7:00 to 8:00 pm se thoda fever sa hai or continue thoda kahrah rahi hai jaise kahi use pain ho & mouth me kuch bhi lene ko karti hai or chabane ko karti hai sab kuch hum kya kare abhi plzz sugges

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if avgaina required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

Q. I have twins one boy and one girl. Now they are 9 month and 2 days old but still they did not sleep well in the night and wake up every 2 or 3 hours. Can you please suggest diet or solution so that post 10:00 PM till 5 or 6: AM they can have a good slip. Currently there diet is like this 1. 9:00 Am - Excellapro 2 milk 120 ml 2. 11:00 -12:00 PM - Ragi nachani one small bowel 3. 3:00 PM - mash half chapati and milk to one child each 4. 6:00 PM - Moong dal rice one small bowl each 5.
