#asktheexperts Hello sir/Ma’am When can we start giving egg and roti to baby My baby is 7months old now Can i give cow milk to him

once baby complete six month you can start with plain ragi porridge and vegetable purees and fruit purees.
Avoid cow milk, egg, roti for now. Cow milk need to given after completion of one year. Egg white you can start giving after completion of eight month.
Avoid salt, sugar, Honey,citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.
