#asktheexperts Hello,my child is 4 years he was very active and he has always complain that he's legs paining .so, what should I add to he's food that he will healthy kid???

A. Namaste MOm This could most probably be growing pain quite observed in children Make sure massages and sunlight exposure is there also calcium rich foods such as green leafy vegetables milk panner dry fruits nuts and seeds also you can give eggs ragi legumes such as lobia chana etc
