Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! Normal finding in small babies. Keep cleaning your baby’s mouth with a soft cotton cloth dipped in lukewarm water. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Keep Babyhug teethers handy. Good luck and take care
