#asktheexperts Hello , My baby is 6 month old. Can cow milk be used to prepare her meals? and can I give her curd and dry fruits also?

BHAWNA ZALKEMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. No you cannot give cow milk before complation 1 year your chlid .. after 1 one month you give it in little quantity .

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! Outside milk should be introduced only after one year completion. Curd can be added to the diet after 8 months complete. Continue with breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Good luck and take care
