#asktheexperts hello my baby is 1 year 4 months old he is not having any thing like solid foods and milk. if I feed him after 4 hours he will have food is it normal?

As the baby is growing ,so need more nutrients for proper growth.
only feed is not sufficient.
Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating.
Give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food.
