#asktheexperts Hello My 7 month old baby nose gets blocked at night due to which he is not able to sleep properly. I put saline drops thrice a day but still he is not recovering completely.

A. just steam for that. Steam will be helpul in Cough and nasal blockage . Also can use nasoclear nasal drop or nasovion nasal drop for nasal blockage and them give steam to baby . If any respiratory difficulty then conult a pediatrician .
