my 4 month old baby passes stool 3-4 times a day she is having teething and 2 proper teeths sometimes she passes greenish colour stool before some days she has 6-7 stool amd 3 watery green stool we took her to doctor and dr has given lactobacillus sachet for 5 days she get normal for few days and again she is passing 4 or 5 times a day what should i do please suggests

if loose motion of the child is not improving the foremost thing you have to do is take a follow with your doctor.
it is advisable not to give outside milk if going on and you may have to switch to either lactose free milk or soya milk. 
please go for stool examination as well as stool culture which will differentiate lactose intolerance with infection. you can continue to give probiotics like such a super flora gg and zinc supplements.x
(you have to hold multivitamin and iron during loose motions)
many times loose motions improving 10 to 15 days also in case of viral diarrhoea. x

I m giving her formula milk once at night should i stop it or its ok actually m giving her from she was 1 month
