A. whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up. so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not kindly apply baby moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks thden meet your doctor and do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.
