#asktheexperts hello mam I trying to conceive again I have two children's .before now 4 day day my menstrual cycle n I'm taking folic acid tablets give me any suggest mam.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Just track your ovulation period and have intercourse 4 days before and 4 days after ovulation to increase the chances of conception.
Keep taking the folic acid medications as usual

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. So Once you’re over with your period your 10th to the 12th day or the 14th day would be the right time for you to conceive because that time you will be ovulating so it would be convenient for you to go ahead with conceiving at that point of time
