#asktheexperts Hello mam, I am planning to resume back to work from next week and my baby is 8 months old now. Is it a good idea to start Apatmil Gold formula ? which stage should i consider buying for her ?

A. Stage two you can opt for as per the age otherwise you can give Amul Taaza milk also for direct consumption you can add some saffron turmeric dry fruit powder into that for flavour and all that’s also healthy in general of health and also helps in better immunity
