#asktheexperts hello , it's been a month since I delivered my little one... I have no idea abt my food diets.. could you pls help me with it

A. Hello mom , you can have your normal food that is made at home just need to avoid certain foods and be mindful such as high spicy, gas forming foods , also observe your baby with certain foods if so may react as well have enough liquids , dry fruits , milk and products, garlic , hing , jeera or ajwain or saunf water on regular basis and also drumstick and fenugreek leaves , oats c flax seeds help in increasing milk production
