Yes Like the doctor said it could be some kind of an infection and sometimes due to low immunity also we can see the kids often fall sick but in this case if your doctor is telling infection that it could be probably stomach infection also would like to tell you to maintain proper hygiene habits for the child that is going to help in controlling this kind of an infection
