Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazymme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
