#asktheexperts hello dr .mera beta 2 mnths ka hai...wo max time hand aur leg ko itna jada strecth karta hai aur awaj lekalta hai...isi waje se uska nind v thk se nahi pata hai ..bahot jada hi strecth karta hai

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milfk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme prgseparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
