Hello ma’am On initial six months a child sleep pattern is not definite it keeps changing every 15 to 20 days or maybe every month so as of now your child should be pretty active because your child is four months old so try to keep your child away through the day and play with your child entertain your child so that by the end when your child gets tired your child sleeps of early and sleep through the night
