#asktheexperts hello doctor what is the time gap between p-250 and mefenamic acid as I gave my child p-250 but the temp has not come down.pls rpl sir!!!

Consult paediatrician or local doctor to know about the temperature and fever type about medicine advice quantity and timings.
In general fever 6-8 hours gap between giving paracetemol syrup if temperature 99 -101 degrees.
If temperature is more than 101+ ,frequently raising temperature,viral fever then 4-6 hours gap is must.
First consult doctor and follow his instructions.
