#asktheexperts Hello Doctor.My son is two years old and I am trying to stop his breastfeeding.Day time I have stopped but night I am not possible to.He wakes up cries a lot of I dont feed him. How can I stop this? THANK YOU

be firm on your decision once you have made it
give filling meals
drop one breastfeed every week
father or other family member can help with feeding and putting child to sleep
build a bedtime routine that does not revolve around breastfeeding
