#asktheexperts Hello Doctor my son is 8 months old. I wanted to ask if my baby is getting enough nutrition from 510 ml of formula daily, considering he is also eating solids such as ragi, khichdi with fish, fruit juice, mashed banana, and Cerelac throughout the day. Please advise.

Yes it’s enough because if your child is eating proper food then there is no problem if the milk intake is less but food is eaten properly by your child and there is no problem just make sure that you’re not giving this package food throughout the day because it is not going to be any good to your child
