#asktheexperts Hello Doctor. my baby is 3 month old. how I will check my milk is enough for her not please tell me

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. to check that mother milk, is enough for baby you check the pee count. if pee count is around 6-8times , and baby is sleeping well then baby is getting sufficient mother milk.. it is exclusively breast feeding recommended for six months..
