#asktheexperts Hello doctor. my baby is 13 months old and he is having 5 teeth. should I start using tooth paste? He is brushing with plain silicone brush and we are cleaning his tounge too.

before 3 years of age you should go for fluoride free kids toothpaste (any good brand) in ricex grain size amount along with small head soft bristles toothbrush (any good brand) twice daily.. above 3 years of age use fluoridated kidsx toothpaste of any good brand.
