#asktheexperts Hello Doctor. My baby is 1& half months old now. I give her breastmilk. Is it okay if I eat non veg? Will my eating habits affect her health ?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 months agoA. We actually advice that the mother has more protein diet in the form of non-vegetarian food, because that improves both quality and quantity of the milk. Please take accordingly
