#asktheexperts hello doctor, My 10 months old boy takes sufficient semi solid/ solid diet but does not take top feed(formula/ cow milk). However he is on regular breastfeed. Is this an issue of concern regarding his calcium requirements?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Babies get all their calcium from breast milk or formula. Young kids and school-age kids who eat a healthy diet with plenty of dairy also get enough. But preteens and teens may need to add more calcium-rich foods to their diet.
