A. Dear mum, continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. If baby is active, alert, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates good health.
