Hello Doctor Gunjan,

I just want ask about fungal infection or ring worm. My daughter has one red ring worm on her thigh.
What should I do? Her paediatrician gave her Candid B ointment but it’s not effective and moreover, dermatologist said, it is only used by adults not recommend for children.

Maam candid be ointment is actually the best for both the things and if it is not helping then you have to consult specialist only who told you that this is not meant to be used for kids it’s only for adults they’ll guide you with the right medicine because then most of the points that we recommend would be mostly suitable for adult only
